Which department do you work in and what is your team like to work with?

I work in accounts and work with a great bunch of people. Everyone is so different, but we all get on so well, everyone works so hard but we also talk about some fascinating topics and have a giggle as well.

Tell us about your role and what the best part is.

My role involves helping our customers find a resolution to managing their debts. My role can be challenging at times as everyone has a different personal situation, so I make sure that the people I speak with are at ease and know I am here to help and not make their situation more difficult.

What do you enjoy most about working at U-Drive?

My colleagues and helping our customers. I love coming to work every day and seeing everyone I work with. The most rewarding part of my job is when I call someone who is initially extremely worried about their debt and allows me to work with them to get everything resolved and put them at ease before it escalates. I find it really satisfying knowing I’ve guided someone through a difficult situation and resolved the debt for both the company and the customer.
